Privacy in the Workplace
Keeping it low-key—understanding privacy and your rights in the workplace.
As it is a fundamental human right, it is important to understand what privacy is and what it means for you and your organisation as a whole. In any organisation, you must maintain your customer/clients’ privacy, especially if you are collecting and using their personal or sensitive information. It is also crucial to be aware of any legal obligations you have. This learning will help you understand privacy and the law, and how you must handle personal information.
