Selling Residential Rental Property under the new RTA
While Residential Property Managers have been at the front end of the changes in the Residential Tenancies Act there are a number of aspects that selling agents should be aware of. As an agent selling a rental property, vacant or occupied, there are aspects of the RTA that you must consider.
